Mark D. Biegel

Mark Biegel co-founded Biegel & Waller LLP, a Certified Public Accounting Firm, in 1998.  Prior to co-founding Biegel & Waller, Mr. Biegel was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche.  During his years at Deloitte, Mr. Biegel focused on merger, acquisition, and disposition planning.  In addition, he was responsible for providing tax consulting services in the following areas: state and local income tax, sales and use tax, payroll tax, employee benefits, international tax, and information reporting.

Mr. Biegel’s prior experience includes responsibility as the Manager/Associate Manager of Tax Planning for Prudential Home Mortgage Company from 1992 to 1996.  While at Prudential he developed and implemented tax planning strategies minimizing federal and state taxes for a fifty-state mortgage banking corporation, a fifty-state title and appraisal corporation, and a multistate technology concern.  Mr. Biegel’s experience also includes the position as Tax Manager from 1989 to 1992 with KPMG Peat Marwick, where he was responsible for providing tax consulting and compliance services.
