Partner & Co-Founder

Jim Waller co-founded Biegel & Waller LLP, a Certified Public Accounting Firm, in 1998.  Prior to co-founding Biegel & Waller, Mr. Waller was a Senior Manager with the Washington Office of Deloitte & Touche.  During his 10 years at Deloitte he represented a diversified client base that was composed primarily of multistate and multinational technology and telecommunications concerns.  Mr. Waller was also part of the East Region Creative Tax Service Group (developing tax strategies for non-attest clients), as well as in charge of internal tax training for the Washington office.

Currently, Mr. Waller’s practice serves publicly and privately held clients providing FAS 109 “Accounting for Income Taxes,” and tax preparation services.  His client list includes various technology, retail, real estate, hospitality government contracting, power generation and other consulting companies. Nearly all of B&W’s major corporate clients have international operations.
