President of GALLIGAN & CO., C.P.A.'s which he started in August of 1980 located in San Mateo.  Specialize in all aspects of tax planning, business valuation, litigation and return preparation, including retirement planning for individuals and business planning for small to medium size companies.

Mayor of city of Burlingame in 2000-2001 and Council Member from 1997-present.

Member of Board of Directors of Mission Hospice, Inc. of San Mateo County from 1989 to 1997 and President of Board of  Directors in 1991 and 1992.

Member of California Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Has served on the Board of  Directors or as an officer for four (4) years.

Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Founding Director of San Mateo County National Bank.

Former Member of Board of Directors of Peninsula Bank of Commerce and Mid-Peninsula Bank.

President of California Golf Club in South San Francisco in 1992.

Member of Peninsula Estate Planning Council.

President of Burlingame Rotary, 1993/1994.
