Wren Kelly CPAs, LLP is an accounting, income tax and business consulting practice providing services to its clients in Bakersfield, California and throughout the United States for over twenty years. The firm provides financial services to over 200 businesses in various industries including agriculture, real estate, medical and professional services, and oil and gas ventures. Business services include general business consulting, financial statement preparation, income tax planning and preparation, business valuations, forensic and fraud accounting, and transition planning and implementation. Wren Kelly CPAs, LLP provides financial services to over 400 individual clients including tax preparation, financial statements, business valuations, and retirement, gift, estate and income tax planning. The firm also provides business and tax services to over 30 non-profit organizations. Our accounting firm consists of two partners, five professional staff and one administrative assistant. Jim Wren joined the firm in 1982 after graduating from Bakersfield College and Chico State University. He became partner in 1987. Mr. Wren works with medical businesses, farming clients, construction businesses and other local businesses, providing income tax, financial and business consulting services. Shawn Kelly joined the firm in 1995. In 1984 he graduated from California Polytechnic State University and worked for a regional accounting firm and then as a sole proprietor before merging his practice with Mr. Wren. Mr. Kelly specializes in business and tax consulting, business valuations, and individual, partnership and corporate tax planning and preparation.
