Harry Arena is an economics/accounting graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Prior to founding the firm, he was with Price Waterhouse & Company and Arthur Andersen & Company. He also attended the Masters of Taxation Program at Villanova Law School.

Kathryn Snyder is a graduate of Ursinus College. Ms. Snyder holds a CPA license from the State of Pennsylvania and is a past President of the Chester County Estate Planning Council. She was with Coopers & Lybrand before joining the firm. Ms. Snyder, in addition to being involved in both the tax and the audit, review, and compilation departments of the firm, is the firm’s managing partner.

Jeff Dunlap is an accounting graduate of West Chester University, has an MBA from Drexel University, and holds CPA licenses in Pennsylvania and Texas. Prior to joining the firm he was a partner in Ragsdale and Dunlap in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Dunlap’s concentration is in the area of financial reporting, computer systems, taxation, and he is the partner in charge of the management and technology advisory services of the firm’s practice.
