Employee Relationships
Employees are our most valuable resource. Each new employee is assigned to a buddy who assists in familiarizing the employee with ASL policies, procedures and software.
Employees are also given the opportunity to be assigned a mentor who acts as a counselor giving advice and direction regarding the mentee's career and progress in attaining career goals. The mentor may also give recommendations regarding training, type of work and/or specialty area, assist in developing career goals, steps needed to achieve those career goals and shared experiences. The mentor understands the mentee's career and personal goals and does his/her part to match those goals with those of the firm.
