CAREERS

Bradley, Allen & Associates believes the most important investment we can make is in our people. If you're looking to start or expand your career in public accounting, we offer the following commitments to the people who join our Team:

  • Training - We work with each Team member to create a personalized professional development plan that includes not only formal CPE classes for technical training, but just as importantly, internal and external resources to enhance your management and advisory skills.

  • Mentoring - A clear advantage to working in our mid-size firm of about 20 talented team members is frequent contact with managers and owners who will take a personal interest in your career.

  • Experience - You'll work with a wide variety of clients and will have client contact and challenging work early in your career. As you progress, you'll be encouraged to gain expertise in specialized areas and will have the opportunity to work with CFO's, CEO's and other decision-makers on increasingly complex tax, accounting, and business issues.

  • Environment - We care about each other and our clients. We believe continuous learning is a key element of personal and professional growth, and embrace change as a pathway to success. We strive to maintain work/life balance. We surround ourselves with people who share these core values.

  • Compensation - We offer salaries competitive with much larger firms as we seek to attract the best and brightest. Benefits include health and disability insurance, an employer-matching 401k plan, paid personal time off, paid holidays, professional development programs, reimbursement of professional licenses and membership fees, fully-paid CPE, and free covered parking.
