GERARD ( GARY ) J. PATER

Mr. Pater is a partner of Bansley and Kiener, L.L.P.   He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree and has been employed with our firm since 1979.   Mr. Pater is a Certified Public Accountant ( Illinois ) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois C.P.A. Society and various professional and charitable organizations.

Mr. Pater has extensive audit, accounting and tax experience in the area of manufacturing companies, employee benefit funds, educational institutions and other not-for-profit organizations.   His experience also includes dealing with the Internal Revenue Service concerning issues involving commercial entities as well as not-for-profit organizations .
