Megan M. Matthys

Ms Matthys is a partner with Bansley and Kiener, L.L.P. She graduated in 1994 from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree and has been employed with the firm since May, 1994. Ms. Matthys is a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois C.P.A. Society.

Ms. Matthys has extensive audit experience regarding multi-employer employee benefit funds, labor organizations and other tax-exempt organizations. She is experienced in LM-2 preparation, Form 5500 preparation, expense studies, cost allocations between entities, internal controls and other areas unique to labor organizations and employee benefit funds.
