TIMOTHY J. QUINN

Mr. Quinn is a partner of Bansley and Kiener and is the partner in charge of the tax department.   He received both his undergraduate and graduate degree in Accounting and Masters of Taxation, respectively, from DePaul University in Chicago .   He is a licensed CPA, a Certified Financial Planner™   and is a member of the American Institute and Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and The Financial Planning Association.   Mr. Quinn began practicing fourteen years ago on the auditing side of accounting and now concentrates his time in income and estate taxes and general financial planning matters for Bansley and Kiener's group of family owned clientele.   He has particular expertise in identifying and communicating tax benefits concerning corporate and LLC reorganizations, succession planning, and retirement and education funding.   He has been a seminar presenter for the Young Lawyers Section of the Chicago Bar Association, Community Bankers Section of the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants, and various other firm sponsored income tax seminars.
