VINCENT M. GUZALDO

Mr. Guzaldo is an audit partner with the firm. He graduated in 1985 from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree and has been employed with our firm since 1985. Mr. Guzaldo is a certified public accountant ( Illinois ) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Illinois C.P.A. Society. Mr. Guzaldo has audit and tax experience with construction contractors, manufacturing entities and not-for-profit clients. His experience also includes dealings with the Internal Revenue Service concerning issues involving commercial entities as well as individuals.

Mr. Guzaldo is the Director of the firm's Human Resource Department. He is an advisor to the Board of Directors of a manufacturing company and also serves on a finance committee for a not-for-profit entity.
