Continuing Professional Education (CPE): All members of the professional staff attend internal and external training courses conducted by the AICPA and other organizations. The firm covers the cost of at least 40 hours of formal training each year so that you may accumulate the necessary 120 hours in three years.

Mentoring: Firm directors work closely with new associates to ensure their successful introduction to the financial and professional world.

Regular Reviews: Professional progress is continually reviewed through formal and informal reports. A formal review of every associate is made at least twice a year.
