Martin E. Fox is the senior business management partner of the Firm. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California (1973).
Mr. Fox graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1970. He began his professional career as a staff accountant with the accounting firm of A. E. Bernstein & Company (1970-1975). In 1975, Mr. Fox became a partner in the firm, and shortly thereafter, the firm name was changed to Bernstein, Fox & Company (1975-1995). In 1996, he was a founding partner upon the establishment of Bernstein, Fox, Whitman & Company LLP.
Mr. Fox is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a past chairman (three years) of the Business Management Committee for the Los Angeles Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Fox is a member of the Board of Directors and is the treasurer of the Water Buffalo Club, a charitable organization devoted to aiding underprivileged children in the Los Angeles County area. He is also a member of The Guardians, a support group for the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging. Mr. Fox is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Western Los Angeles County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. Fox lives in Westwood with his wife Tralana.
