Kenneth L. Goldman is a senior audit partner of the Firm. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California (1976).

Mr. Goldman graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1973. He began his professional career as a staff accountant with the accounting firm of Weber, Lipshie & Co. (1974-1978). He was a founding partner in Katz, Varon & Goldman (1978-1979). In 1979, Mr. Goldman joined the accounting firm of Goldfarb, Whitman & Cohen (1979-1995), becoming an audit partner in 1981. He was a founding partner upon the establishment of Bernstein, Fox, Whitman & Company LLP in 1996.

Mr. Goldman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also an associate member of the California Commercial Conference and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Bankruptcy Forum. Mr. Goldman is a past member of the Apparel Industry Committee and the State Taxation Committee of the Los Angeles Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Goldman is a member of the Board of Directors of the Executives, a support group for the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging. He is treasurer of the Finance Committee of the California Youth Soccer Association – South. Mr. Goldman is a past president of the Professions & Finance Associates for the City of Hope.

Mr. Goldman lives in West Hills with his wife, Sue and their three children.
