Michael J. Bradac, CPA, is a shareholder in the Littleton office of Brock and Company CPAs PC. Mike worked at Arthur Andersen LLP for seven years, then spent a short time at KPMG prior to joining Brock in 2003.
Mike has over eleven years of diversified public accounting experience. While Mike’s area of specialization is in the employee benefit plans industry, he has also provided audit and consulting services to various privately held companies, not-for-profit organizations, governmental entities, and SEC clients.
Mike has extensive experience providing audit and consulting services to clients in the employee benefit plans industry. His experience extends to all types of employee benefit plans including defined contribution, defined benefit, and health and welfare plans. He has extensive knowledge of IRS, SEC, and the DOL’s rules and regulations as they pertain to employee benefit plans. He has experience consulting with clients on a variety of topics that affect their plans including changes in service providers, IRS and DOL regulatory examinations, plan mergers, Form 5500 issues, plan terminations, plan compliance testing issues, and plan qualification issues. Mike also has a background in conducting annual employee benefit plan training programs as an industry expert.
Mike graduated from the University of Denver with a BS in Accounting in 1995. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Western Pension and Benefits Conference.
