Mark Kaufmann, CPA, is the managing partner and President of Brock and Company CPAs PC.  He has been with the firm since 1979.  In addition to managing a client base comprised of privately-owned businesses and high net-worth individuals, Mark also oversees all management and practice development functions of the firm.

Mr. Kaufmann has over 25 years of experience in the accounting field with an emphasis on income and estate tax planning and individual, corporate and partnership taxation.  He possesses extensive experience in manufacturing, construction and service industries.  Other areas of practice expertise include tax and management consulting, audits and purchase and sale of business interests.

Mark received his BS degree, with distinction, from Colorado State University in 1978.  Greatly involved with Accountants Global Network – International, a worldwide association of separate and independent accounting and consulting firms, he has been a member since 1987 and served as their North American Chairman of the Board in 2002.  He has also served as Treasurer for the American Cancer Society – Boulder County since 1985.  Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
