Brent A. Lind, CPA, is a shareholder at Brock and Company CPAs PC.  With twenty-three years of experience in the accounting industry, Brent’s areas of practice expertise lie with closely-held corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and valuations of businesses.  Brent also has litigation support experience and has been qualified to be an expert witness in divorce and other proceedings requiring valuations of closely-held businesses.

Having graduated from Brigham Young University in 1983 with a BA and a Masters in Taxation, Mr. Lind proceeded to work as a manager in the tax department of Deloitte & Touche.  In 1990, he became a partner at Ernest E. Heuer & Company PC, which merged with Brock and Company in 2002.

Brent sits on the local Boy Scouts of America Committee.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
