Myrna E. Schmidt, CPA, has over twenty years of experience in the accounting field with an emphasis on small businesses. Now serving as a principal at Brock and Company CPAs PC, Myrna joined Ernest E. Heuer & Company PC in 1986, before merging with Brock and Company in 2002.

Ms. Schmidt possesses extensive experience in the transportation, construction and service industries. Other areas of practice include income tax preparation and planning, payroll taxes and sales tax.

Myrna is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Women Accountants. She graduated cum laude from Metropolitan State College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science.
