Susan R. Johnson, CPA, has been with Brock and Company CPAs PC since 1978.  A shareholder at Brock, her experience includes serving as the firm's Tax Director since 1992.  She has extensive knowledge of individual, business and fiduciary tax with an emphasis in the construction and real estate industries.  Other areas of practice include estate planning and succession planning for closely held businesses, estate and gift planning, income tax planning and tax compliance.  She also has extensive experience with business consulting services, purchasing and selling of business interests and with the construction industry.

Ms. Johnson graduated from the University of Colorado in 1973 and participated in Colorado State University’s Graduate Program in Taxation where she was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the national honorary accounting society, and Beta Gamma Sigma, the national honorary business society. 

Over the past twenty years, Susan has been involved with the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, the Fort Collins Local Development Company, the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry and Leadership Fort Collins.  She also is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, Accountants Global Network – International, where she has served on various committees, and the American Society of Women Accountants.
