David Temple, CPA has over twenty years in compliance and business planning experience for high net worth individuals and business owners, with extensive knowledge of tax and legal issues affecting the transfer of wealth between parties.  Areas of expertise include fiduciary accounting, corporate and pass-through entity tax, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, and forensic accounting.

With Brock and Company since 2003 and a shareholder since 2005, Dave has had proven success in developing strong working rapports with his clients and referral sources.  Prior to joining Brock and Company, he owned his own accounting firm in California for twenty-one years (Temple & Company, CPA).  In 2000, Dave moved to Colorado and worked for Arthur Anderson and Johnson/Kightlinger & Co for three years before joining Brock.

Dave graduated from California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
