Richard E. Yoder, CPA, has over thirty-five years of accounting experience, including four years as an accountant for the United States Air Force.  Following three years with then-named McGladrey Hansen Dunn & Company, he joined a local Wisconsin CPA firm as partner.  In 1984, Mr. Yoder became one of two principals at the firm formerly known as Keller & Yoder CPAs, in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.  After fourteen years and a move to Colorado, he joined Brock and Company in 1998 as firm administrator, then as shareholder in 2001.

Rich’s areas of expertise include financial reporting, audits, SEC work and general accounting and tax services.  He has also performed quality reviews on other CPA firms.

Mr. Yoder is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he received a BBA in Accounting.  Since 1997, Rich has volunteered at the Volunteer Connection in Boulder as the non-profit’s accountant.
