<

	John S. Bodkin, Jr., CPA, joined the firm in 1977. He became a partner in 1980 and the managing partner in 1997. Following his graduation from Wheeling College he worked in the audit departments of two large international public accounting firms in New York City. From 1969 through 1974 he was with Arthur Andersen & Co. and from 1976 to 1977 he was with Coopers & Lybrand. He was the Internal Audit manager at Hertz Corporation from 1974 through 1976. Since joining the firm he has been in charge of the firm's audit practice and is also involved in individual and business taxes, consulting and litigation support engagements. He is also the partner in charge of the firm's employee benefit plan audit practice. He is a past president of the Board of Trustees of Oglebay Institute and a past president of the Wheeling College Alumni Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Home for Aged Men. Mr. Bodkin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is the Past President of the West Virginia Board of Accountancy and the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and a Past Member of the Governing Council of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A leader in community affairs, Mr. Bodkin has dedicated substantial effort toward the revitalization of downtown Wheeling. He works closely with the leadership of the City of Wheeling, Ohio County and various development organizations whose goal is the improvement of the economic and social climate in Wheeling. Jack and his wife, Christine, live in Wheeling.
	Dan E Wilson, CPA, MBA, is originally from Cameron, West Virginia and is the partner in charge of our Weirton office. He graduated from Wheeling College in 1977 and obtained an MBA from West Virginia University prior to joining the firm in July of 1979. Mr. Wilson concentrates in the area of taxation and is also significantly involved in business consulting and in the firm's audit practice. He currently serves as the treasurer of the Weirton Rotary Club, President of the Weirton Area Community Foundation, and is on the Board of Directors of the West Virginia Tax Institute. He is also an active member of the Finance Committee of the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Wilson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and is also licensed to practice in the state of Ohio. He and his wife, Ronnie, and son, Bryant, live in Weirton.
	Dennis A. Kozicki, CPA, a Wheeling native, has been with the firm since 1978. He became a partner in 1987. He is a Wheeling College graduate and from 1987 until 1996 was the partner in charge of the firm's Florida office. He is experienced in the individual, partnership, corporate and real estate taxation areas and is significantly involved in the firm's accounting and auditing practice. Mr. Kozicki returned to Wheeling in 1996 and has become very active in Wheeling's civic organizations. He is a Past President of the Wheeling Civitan Club and a member of the Board of Directors and the Finance Committee of the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center. Dennis has been a Rotarian since 1988, participating in Rotary Clubs both in Florida and Wheeling. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the West Virginia and Ohio Societies of Certified Public Accountants and is also licensed in the State of Florida. Mr. Kozicki is dedicated to the stimulation of economic development in the Wheeling area through the restoration and preservation of historic buildings in downtown Wheeling. He is the president of The Maxwell Centre, L.C. and The Maxwell Partners, L.C. He, his wife, Carrie, and son, Zachary, live in Wheeling.
Nancy J. Gwynn, CPA joined the firm in September 2003 and became a senior manager in July 2009.   She is a 1991 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Prior to joining the firm she held positions in both managerial and public accounting in Cincinnati, Atlanta and the U.S. Territory of Guam.   From 1997 until 2003 she practiced as a self employed CPA. Nancy is involved with the firm's audit and tax practice and is primarily assigned to the firm's Wheeling office. She is active in the firm's employee benefit plan audit practice and is responsible for several ERISA and DOL engagements. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed to practice in West Virginia and Ohio. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Oglebay Institute. Nancy lives in Wheeling with her husband, Gary, and their 3 sons, Gary, Jeff and Jason.
Michael N. Deemer, CPA joined the firm in February 2003 and became a senior manager in July 2009.   He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy in May 2003 from Wheeling Jesuit University. At Wheeling Jesuit, Mike was a member of Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society of Business, Management, and Administration. He was also awarded the Top Business Student Award and achieved the highest grade point average in the Business Department. Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mike is a Board Member of the Northern Panhandle Chapter of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a member of the Society's Auditing and Attestation Committee. He is significantly involved in the firm's audit practice. He is active in the firm's employee benefit plan audit practice and is responsible for several ERISA and DOL engagements. He is also active in the firm's governmental audit practice and is also involved in the firm's tax practice. Mike lives in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Brendan T. Welsh, CPA, MSA joined the firm in February 2005. He is a graduate of Bethany College where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with a minor in Management. In addition, he earned a Master's degree in Accountancy at Wheeling Jesuit University. At Bethany, he was a member of the Dean's List and Kappa Mu Epsilon Mathematics Society. Brendan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Brendan serves as the Continuing Professional Education officer with the Northern Panhandle Chapter of the West Virgina Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is an active participant in the Society's "Careers in Accounting" project group. He is primarily involved in the firm's audit practice and is also involved in the firm's tax practice. Brendan lives with his wife, Katie, in Wheeling, West Virginia.
Doreen M. DeMeter, CPA joined the firm in September 2007. She is a 1989 graduate of The Ohio State University. She has more than 17 years of accounting related experience, including over 11 years in public accounting with 5 of those years as a sole practitioner. Doreen's responsibilities with the firm are primarily in the field of financial reporting and monthly accounting for small businesses. She is also responsible for payroll tax reporting and individual, corporate and partnership income tax preparation for these small business clients. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and is also licensed to practice in the state of Ohio. Doreen lives in St. Clairsville, Ohio with her 2 sons, Jesse and Jakob and daughter, Jolen.
Aimee E. Robinson joined the firm in January 2006 as an intern and became a full time employee in May 2006 upon completion of her Bachelor's degree in Accountancy at Wheeling Jesuit University. Aimee is an associate member of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is primarily involved in the firm's audit and tax practice. Aimee lives in Bridgeport, Ohio with her husband, Josh, and their 2 children, Cameron and Mitchell.
Jason D. Schubert joined the firm in April 2007. He is a graduate of Bethany College where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accountancy at Wheeling Jesuit University. Jason is an associate member of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is primarily involved in the firm's audit practice. Jason lives in Wheeling, West Virginia.
Debra K. Faldowski joined the firm in 1992. She has an A.A.B. degree in Accounting from Belmont Technical College and has pursued further studies in accounting at Wheeling Jesuit University. Debbie is also trained in the use of QuickBooks. Debbie's responsibilities with the firm are primarily in the field of financial reporting and monthly accounting for small businesses. She is also responsible for payroll tax reporting and individual, corporate and partnership income tax preparation for these small business clients. She lives with her husband, Frank, in Rayland, Ohio.
Debra A. Burkhead joined the firm in October 2008. She graduated in 1986 from Jefferson Technical College with an Associate's degree in Accounting and was a 2005 Magna Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Wheeling Jesuit University. She also received the Anthony T. Basil medal for the highest grade point average among the adult education graduates. Debbie's responsibilities with the firm include financial reporting and monthly accounting for small business clients. She is also responsible for payroll and other tax reporting for these small business clients. Debbie lives in Rayland, Ohio.
Jennifer L. Sayre joined the firm in May 2007 as an intern and became a full time employee in May 2008 upon completion of her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting at West Liberty State College. At West Liberty, she was a member of the Student Accounting Society and co-chair of the Financial Literacy Committee and Fundraising Committee for Students in Free Enterprise. Jennifer is an associate member of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is primarily involved in the firm's audit practice. Jennifer lives with her husband, James, in Wheeling, West Virginia.
Danielle N. Binkoski joined the firm in December 2007. She graduated in May 2007 from West Virginia University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Adminisration with a concentration in Accounting. Danielle is an associate member of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is assigned to our Weirton office and is involved in the firm's tax and audit practice. Danielle lives in Weirton, West Virginia.
Jonathan W. Watson joined the firm in December 2008. He graduated in May 2008 from Wheeling Jesuit University with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Marketing.
