Bill also works diligently to serve individuals and companies in income tax planning and preparation. His community involvement includes seats on the boards of Meredith Dunn Learning Center of Louisville and the House of Rose. |

Jon is in charge of the corporate and partnership tax division at Richardson, Pennington & Skinner, PSC. He provides services to clients in many different industries, including auto and truck dealerships, farming, and rental real estate. Jon also assists many individuals with tax planning issues and preparation. He takes great pride in the services he and his associates provide and develops a close working relationship with his clients. Married with two children, Jon is very active in youth sports activities in the community. An avid sportsman, Jon enjoys hunting and playing golf.

Bob started with Richardson, Pennington & Skinner, PSC in 1986, graduating from Western Kentucky University. He is the technical reviewer of all individual tax returns which requires him to stay current on any tax law changes. His analytical skills have enabled him to become the firms director of audit and financial reporting of HUD properties. Bobs time away from work is spent primarily in the harness racing industry where he is involved as an owner and caretaker of standardbreds. He is a member of many racing organizations including the United States Trotting Association. This involvement has lead Bob to become very proficient in the taxation of the horse racing industry. |
Ruth A. Payne, CPA,

Ruth
obtained her accounting degree from the University of Louisville in
1982. She has been employed with Richardson, Pennington & Skinner,
PSC since 1984. Ruth is the director of the firms estate and
trust tax section, with duties ranging from training personnel to
reviewing tax returns for compliance with statutory tax codes (Federal
and State) and Internal Revenue Service Regulations. Over the years,
Ruth has developed an expertise in assisting professional service
entities and high income tax payers. Clients rely on Ruths advice
and trust her judgement. |

Karen graduated with honors from the University of Louisville and joined the firm in 1994. Prior to her employment at Richardson, Pennington & Skinner, PSC, she worked thirteen years in the Breckinridge County School System and feels very much at home in the governmental arena. She has extensive experience in the areas of governmental and non-profit auditing. Karen strives to keep in contact with her audit clients throughout the year. Karens responsibilities at the firm include audit staffing and monitoring continuing education. During tax season Karen Focuses her attention on the preparation of individual, non-profit and corporate tax returns. Married with two grown sons she enjoys traveling and reading. |
