Janice joined Walthall, Drake & Wallace LLP in 2007 and is a member of the Firm's Manufacturing and Private Clubs Practice Groups. She began her accounting career with a regional accounting firm in Buffalo, New York, but has practiced in the Cleveland area for the last eighteen years. She is part of the Firm's accounting and auditing practice where she supervises and performes engagements for small business clients in the wholesale, construction, retail, and service industries. She has significant experience with not-for-profit organizations and employee benfit plans and has also gained expertise in tax compliance and planning for businesses and individuals. She assists the Firm with quality control and its compliance with professional standards.

Janice graduated summa cum laude from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in accounting. She received honors recognition for her outstanding achievement on the national CPA exam. She is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Janice lives in Mentor with her husband, Denny, and their two children, Rebecca and Kyle. She and Denny are members of a classic car club and spend time trying to keep their Classic 1972 Corvette on the road. She also enjoys quilting and cross stitch projects.
