Cindy joined Walthall, Drake & Wallace LLP through the merger with Veres & Company.  She has over 30 years of public accounting experience with a concentration in taxation.  She received her B.S. in Computer and Information Science with a minor in Accounting from Cleveland State University in 1975. In 1980, she became a CPA and is now a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.  At the Firm she is a Director of Tax Services and Chairperson of the Financial Planning Group.  She assists clients with tax, financial, and estate planning and is a member of the Firm’s Practice Development, Construction, and Real Estate Practice Groups.  Her primary focus is in partnership and S corporation tax law, in particular, as it applies to the real estate and construction industry.

Cindy enjoys helping clients achieve their financial goals and believes in “lifelong learning.”  She pursued her financial planning certification and became a Certified Financial Planner in 1994.

Cindy worked full-time until having her children, Jeff and Kevin.  Raising her children was her top priority, but she worked part-time so that her accounting skills continued to develop.  In addition to raising her sons, she was active in PTA at all levels and served in various positions on the elected board, including President several times.

Currently, Cindy is on the Supervisory Committee of the St. Columbkille Federal Credit Union.  She is active at St. Columbkille and is a Eucharistic Minister.

Cindy resides in Parma where she enjoys volunteering, walking, and spending time with family and friends.
