Denise has been a member of our Tax Department since joining the Firm in 2005.  She works on a variety of tax engagements, providing compliance and research services and is a member of the Firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group.  Prior to joining the Firm, Denise worked both in public practice and in industry, where she provided tax services to clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to publicly held corporations.  Her education includes accounting coursework at Cleveland State University, an MBA from Case’s Weatherhead School of Management with a joint focus in Organizational Behavior and Labor and Human Resource Policy, and a BA from the University of Chicago in Politics, Economics, Rhetoric, and Law (PERL).

Professionally, Denise holds memberships in the AICPA and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Personally, she is a violinist with two community orchestras and a number of ensemble groups, performing in the Greater Cleveland area.  Denise is married to Bill, owner of a painting business, and they reside in Bay Village.
