Larry has more than twenty years of experience as a CPA.  He has worked with both large and small companies in a variety of industries providing audits, reviews and compilations.  He is also experienced in the preparation of Form 5500 and 990 and with various types of employee benefit plans including single employer, multi-employer, collectively bargained, money purchase profit-sharing and defined benefit plans.

Larry has also served as the Firm Administrator where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial management of the Firm.  Accordingly, this invaluable experience gives Larry a unique understanding of the problems and decision-making processes of small companies.

Larry is a member of the Firm’s Employee Benefits and Non-Profit Practice Groups, as well as the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs.  He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University.

Larry is married to Teresa, who is also a CPA.  They have two daughters, Megan and Erica, and live in Valley View.  Larry coaches and participates in the Valley View softball and soccer leagues.  Larry is also interested in baseball card collecting and Civil War history.
