Marty has long been involved in the financial and operational leadership of the
Firm. In addition to major policy-making responsibility, Marty maintains a full
client service schedule. He concentrates on clients in the manufacturing,
employee benefits, health care and service industries. He has also been
involved with advertising agencies, automobile dealerships, construction
companies and a variety of other clients. His technical expertise includes
individual and estate taxation and tax planning, international taxation of U.S.
citizens working abroad, and resident aliens working in the U.S. He also has
been involved in assisting clients with the purchase and sale of businesses.
Estate administration is one other area in which Marty has substantial
knowledge and experience. Marty also was awarded the American Institute of
Certified Public Accounts Certificate for Educational Achievement in
Governmental Accounting and Auditing.
Marty has participated in the Firm's quality control and continuing education
programs.
Marty received both B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Cleveland State
University. A member of the AICPA and OSCPA, he has served as the
Chairman of the OSCPA's local committees for Relations with Accounting
Education Institutions and for Communications with Students. On the state
level, he has been a member of the Communications with Educators and
Students Committee and the Small Business Committee. His interest in
accounting education has brought him to his present position on the
Accounting Advisory Board of Cleveland State and Kent State University. He
devotes time to numerous area civic, religious and charitable organizations.
Marty is married to Kathy Kammerman-Hrabik, also a CPA. They reside in
Westlake with their daughter, Sarah. Marty also has two grown children and
three grandchildren. He is an avid fisherman and sports spectator.
