Stan Jones has had extensive experience in the areas of
accounting principles, financial reporting and income taxes while working with
construction companies, banks and not-for-profit organizations among others.
He has been an officer and a member of the Board of Governors of the District of Columbia Institute of CPAs. He also has served on the Board of the Associated Regional Accounting Firms and has been a member of the Council of the American Institute of CPAs. He is a past president of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce and past Chairman of the Board of the Bethesda Urban Partnership Inc. He is active in the Bethesda- Chevy Chase Rotary Club as well as numerous other professional and civic organizations. Stan obtained his accounting degree from American University and did graduate work at George Washington University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the District of Columbia Institute and the Maryland Association of CPAs.
