| Homeowners' Associations require a specialized level of knowledge and experience in order to provide a full range of services for Homeowners' Associations. We work with self-managed as well as professional managed Associations to provide professional services in each of the following areas. MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING: We offer monthly financial statement preparation for Homeowners' Associations. These financial statements are prepared on an accrual basis using a fund accounting presentation style. YEAR-END REVIEWS OR AUDITS: We provide the required year-end Review or Audit of your Homeowners' Association's financial statements. These financial statements meet the reporting requirements set out in the AICPA's Industry Audit Guide for Common Interest Realty Association. TAX RETURN PREPARATION: We will prepare the annual federal and state income tax returns for your Association. |
