Warren, born and raised in the Napa Valley, is a Justin-Siena High School alum and currently resides in Napa with his wife Nicole and their three children. He attended San Diego State University and Napa Valley College, where he played on the collegiate baseball team. After graduating from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, Warren joined the firm’s Napa office.

In 1997, Warren earned his Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. In 1998, he became a partner in the accounting firm of Scott and Warner in St. Helena. In October 2005, Warren rejoined the firm in the St. Helena office. He was admitted to the partnership in June 2006. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Warren is currently a board member of Napa Valley Heritage Fund and a past St. Helena Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
