CHARLES
GREER, PARTNER
Charlie is a graduate of Furman University
in 1970 and the Clemson-Furman MBA Program in 1974. After ten years of tax
and consulting experience with Deloitte & Touche,
Charlie and Kevin Walker formed Greer & Walker, LLP in 1984.
Charlie is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of
Certified Public Accountants. He has lectured on such topics as
S-Corporations, LLCs, gift and estate taxes,
divorce taxation, and issues that can arise in closely held and family
businesses. He has taught tax and accounting classes at Queens University
and UNC at Charlotte.
He is certified in North Carolina,
Certificate Number 9236.
Charlie has a long-standing personal
involvement with the Charlotte
community. In the past, he has served on the following boards: Arts and
Science Council, Children’s Theater, Providence Day School,
Arts Teach, Alexander Children’s Center, and Dowd YMCA. He is an
elder with Myers Park Presbyterian Church and a member of Charlotte Rotary.
Professionally, he serves on the Board of Directors of PKF International, a
global association of accounting firms who have come together to provide
worldwide solutions for clients’ businesses.

KEVIN WALKER,
PARTNER
Kevin is a graduate of Hofstra University
in Hempstead, New York. He, along with Charlie Greer,
is a founding and managing partner of the firm. His experience prior to
forming Greer & Walker, LLP includes ten years experience with Deloitte
& Touche. Kevin is also a CFE (Certified
Fraud Examiner) and has earned the ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation)
designation from the AICPA.
Kevin is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of
Certified Public Accountants. Kevin serves as an arbitration panelist for
the American Arbitration Association and is a member of PKF’s
Litigation Services Committee. He is certified in North Carolina, Certificate Number
13109.
His involvement in community activities has
included being a treasurer and past president of both Teen Health
Connection and the Council for Children and a board member of the
YMCA’s Camp
Thunderbird.

JAMES
REICHARD, PARTNER
Jim is a graduate of the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. Jim joined Greer & Walker, LLP in 1988 after five
years of audit, tax and consulting experience with Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and its Personal Financial Planning Division,
and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is also
serving as a member on PKF North American Network's Investment Advisory
Committee. He is certified in Virginia and North Carolina, North Carolina
Certificate Number 16831.
Jim is the Managing member of Greer &
Walker Investment Advisors, LLC, which is Greer & Walker's investment
management affiliate.
Jim is active in his church and is involved
with a number of local organizations including The Charlotte Rescue Mission
and Operation Homefront.

BARRY
LEASURE, PARTNER
Barry graduated from Bob Jones
University in 1989.
He worked at Reznick, Fedder
& Silverman prior to joining Greer & Walker in 1990. He presently
heads up our Real Estate Services Group.
He is a member of both the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of
Certified Public Accountants. He has also attended national construction
conferences sponsored by the Construction Financial Management Association,
the AGC, and the AICPA. He is certified in North Carolina, Certificate Number
21798.
Barry’s community activities have
included serving as a member of the Association of General Contractors,
American Subcontractors Association, Homebuilders Association, Associated
Builders and Contractors, Urban Land Institute, National Association of
Industrial and Office Properties, and the Metrolina
Business Council.

JOHN NORMAN,
PARTNER
John graduated from the University of South
Carolina in 1987 with a B.S. in Business
Administration and received his Masters of Taxation in 1990. Before joining
Greer & Walker in 1993, he worked as a tax consultant in
PricewaterhouseCoopers’ International Tax
Service and Financial Service Industries practices.
John has significant expertise with both
inbound and outbound clients in a wide range of disciplines, including
manufacturing and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, and financial
services industries. John has provided consulting services in the area of
inter-company charges and corporate structuring of U.S. subsidiaries in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Central and South America. John is also the Managing Director of
Greer & Walker Corporate Finance, LLC, Greer & Walker’s
exit planning and investment banking affiliate.
John is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants as well as the North Carolina Association of
Certified Public Accountants and is the past chair of the NCACPA’s
International Practice Committee. He was also a member of the International
Practice Development Task Force of PKF North American Network. In addition,
he is a past board member of the Charlotte Chapter of the French American
Chamber of Commerce and the World Affairs Council. He is an active member
of the Charlotte Chapter of the German American Chamber of Commerce, the
World Trade Association, and the European American Business Forum.
John has served as both president and treasurer
of the Mental Health Association and Smart Start of Mecklenburg county and
as a member of the board of Lowe YMCA.

MICHAEL
MCNAMARA, PARTNER
Mike’s
background in accounting includes positions in industry, public accounting,
and government. Prior to joining Greer & Walker, LLP in 1997,
he held a controller’s position with Carolina Power and
Light, Co. in Raleigh.
His public accounting career includes six years experience with
PricewaterhouseCoopers in Charlotte.
He started his career as a staff accountant for the SEC in New York.
Mike is a graduate of Wake Forest
University. He is a
member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and
the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is
co-chairman of the PKF Employee Benefits Committee. Additionally, he is a
member of the Board of Directors of Communities in Schools in Charlotte, a
member and former president of the Charlotte World Trade Association, a
member of the Board of Advisors to the Appalachian State University Walker
College of Business Accounting Department and the UNCC Belk College of
Business Accounting Department Advisory Committee. Mike has lectured on a
variety of business related topics. He is certified in North Carolina, Certificate Number
16316.
Mike and his wife, Lesli,
have three grown children. They enjoy music, golf, and reading. Mike has
held several leadership positions with the Boy Scouts of America. He is a
member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Charlotte.

JONATHAN
MANGELS, PARTNER
Prior to joining Greer & Walker in 1994,
Jonathan worked with a PKF affiliated accounting firm in the Washington, D.C.
area. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech. Jonathan presently
directs the Construction Services Group within Greer & Walker.
Jonathan is a member of both the AICPA and
NCACPA. He is one of the founding members of the Young CPA Cabinet of
the NCACPA. He regularly attends national construction and real estate
conferences sponsored by the AICPA, Construction Financial Management
Association and the AGC. He has also taught several classes on basic
construction accounting. He is certified in North Carolina, Certificate Number is
24080.
Jonathan is currently on the board of directors
of the Carolinas AGC and is a member of the Arts & Sciences Council
Cultural Leadership Training Program. He is active in the CFMA and
HBAC organizations. He is also a board member and past president of
the Virginia Tech Alumni Association in Charlotte. In addition, Jonathan has
served as a grant panelist and solicitation coordinator for the Arts &
Sciences Council and as a member of the Charlotte Chamber’s committee
for education fundraising. In 2010, Jonathan received the 40 Under 40 Award
for his excellence in the profession as well as his long-term support of
non-profit and community causes.

SANDI
THORMAN, PARTNER
Sandi is a graduate of Indiana University.
She worked at KPMG in Cincinnati,
Ohio prior to joining Greer
& Walker, LLP in 2000. Today, she is the leader of the Financial
Services Group within Greer & Walker, LLP.
Sandi is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified
Public Accountants. She is certified in North Carolina, Certificate Number
28365.
Sandi’s
professional activities include serving as board
member and treasurer of the Association for Corporate Growth and a member
of the Charlotte Economics Club. Her community activities include board
member and treasurer of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Multiple
Sclerosis Society, past treasurer for Charlotte Chamber Music, past
chairman and treasurer for Residential and Support Services Inc., and past
treasurer for Dress for Success Charlotte. Sandi graduated from the Arts
and Science Council Cultural Leadership Training Program in 2007. Currently,
she serves on The Mint Museum Board of Trustees as well as on The Mint
Museum Finance Committee. She is also a member of PKF North America’s
Women Into Leadership Task Force. In 2009, Sandi received the prestigious
Women in Business Achievement Award for her professional accomplishments.

TONY SMITH,
PARTNER
Tony is a graduate of Appalachian State
University. Prior to joining Greer & Walker, he worked for Dellinger
& Deese, PLLC for 10 years and BDO Seidman, LLP for 7 years, the last 3 years as an audit
partner.
Tony is a member of the AICPA and has served on
the Board of Advisors for the Charlotte Chamber. He has also served on the
Accounting Advisory Board and Alumni Corporate Committee for Appalachian State
University. Tony has authored various articles on accounting in the
construction industry and served as a regular national instructor for BDO Seidman. He is certified in North Carolina, Certificate Number

CHIP DILLMAN,
PARTNER
Chip Dillman is the
partner-in-charge for Greer & Walker’s
construction practice and a senior member of the firm’s
real estate practice. Chip has over 15 years of experience dedicated
to providing clients with straightforward, honest professional information
upon which they can rely.
Chip serves a full range of real estate and
construction organizations including subcontractors, general contractors,
architects, real estate developers, property managers and resorts. Chip
possesses strong analytical and long-range planning abilities, and is
extraordinarily adept at readily comprehending clients’
unique needs and identifying creative, yet practical solutions.
Chip is a member of the American Institute of
the Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of
Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners,
