A native of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Belinda Baker graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. While attending Ouachita, Belinda was a member of Alpha Chi Honor Fraternity and Phi Beta Lambda Business Fraternity. Belinda joined Grier, Reeves & Lawley, P.C., in November of 1986, and was admitted as a shareholder in July of 1998.
Belinda is a CPA in both Texas and Arkansas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arkansas Society of CPAs, the Texas Society of CPAs, and the Texarkana Chapter of CPAs. She has served on the Arkansas Society’s Young CPAs Committee and on the Texarkana Chapter’s Board of Directors.
Belinda’s areas of concentration are trusts and estate planning.
Belinda and her husband, Rick, are members of Sugar Hill United Methodist Church where she has held the positions of treasurer and finance committee chairman. She has also served as treasurer for the Texarkana Salvation Army Advisory Board and the Hospice of Texarkana Foundation.
