A native of Texarkana, Texas, Rick Lindsey received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from East Texas State University – Texarkana in 1976.A native of Texarkana, Texas, Rick Lindsey received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from East Texas State University – Texarkana in 1976.
Rick is a CPA in both Texas and Arkansas and is past president of the Texarkana Chapter of CPAs. He received a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Business Valuation in 1997 from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and in1998 was Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA.
Rick’s focus is in business valuation in the areas of litigation support, estate and gift tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He also works with not-for-profit organizations, insurance companies, wholesale and retail operations, small businesses, and multi-state taxation.
Rick and his wife, Pam, are members of Heritage Baptist Church. Rick is an active volunteer and has served as Distinguished President of the Texarkana Kiwanis Club in 1994-95 and as Kiwanis Lieutenant Governor.
