GARY W. LEIN, CPA -Shareholder

Gary has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1985. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire in 1984. While obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Gary attented the University of Norway in Stavanger, Norway. He received his CPA certification in September of 1991. Gary's experience ranges from homeowners' associations and real estate developers to the construction industry. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nevada Society of CPA's, Community Association Institute and Construction Financial Management Association.


GREGORY M. SINACORI, CPA - Shareholder

Greg has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1987. Greg received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern New Mexico University in 1985. He received his CPA certification in September of 1987. Greg's experience ranges from accounting and taxation of small businesses to consulting for the restaurant and gaming industries. Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nevada Society of CPA's and Las Vegas Northwest Rotary Club.


PHILIP C. BATEMAN, CPA, CFE - Shareholder

Phil graduated from Southern Utah University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science and Master in Accounting Degree. After graduation, Phil moved to Las Vegas and in January 1996 obtained his CPA certification. In 2004, Phil obtained his certification with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Phil's experience includes small business consulting, homeowners' associations and construction. Phil is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada Society of CPA's, the Las Vegas Chapter of Certificed Fraud Examiners and Toastmasters.




JENNIFER L. HERRIDGE, CPA - Senior Accountant

Jennifer has lived in Las Vegas since 1990. She moved to Nevada from California. Jennifer holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, which she obtained at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has 13 years experience with homeowners associations. Jennifer obtained her CPA certificate in 2005.


LUKE JOSEPH, MST - Staff Accountant

Luke is originally from Michigan. He has lived in Las Vegas since 2005. Luke received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI. He went on to achieve his Master of Science Degree in Taxation at Walsh College in Troy, MI. His work experience includes Arthur Anderson, Federal Mogul, and Detroit Medical Center. Luke specializes in medical practice field taxation and accounting. He enjoys sports, church, and his 10-month-old son which he just adores.


LINDA LEE PETERSON, CPA - Staff Accountant

Linda Lee is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, but has lived all over the world. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, in 1983 from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She received her CPA certification in 1988. Her work experience includes homeowner association accounting, small business accounting and tax work.


SHANE L. WHITE, CPA - Staff Accountant

Shane is a graduate of Brigham Young University - Idaho, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Shane's experience includes audits of homeowner, condominium, and timeshare associations. His experience also includes audits of businesses and small towns, as well as, consulting for a Native American Tribe. In December 2006, Shane passed the CPA exam in Arizona. Shane has recently received his CPA license in the state of Nevada.


CHAD C. SHOEMAKER - Staff Accountant

Chad moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in July 2005 from Wilmington, North Carolina. He has Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Accounting which were obtained in 2001 and 2004. He also has a Master of Science Degree in Accounting which he received in 2005 from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.


MARY WILSON - Staff Accountant

Mary moved to Las Vegas from Southern California in 1994. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mary is currently attending classes to obtain a Master of Science in Accounting.


BEV B. METEYER - Bookkeeper

Bev moved from Northern Virginia to Las Vegas in 1979. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education and minors in Accounting and Computer Science. Bev has worked in accounting and computer programming, and has written accounting software.


DAWN R. SOUTH - Bookkeeper

Dawn moved to Las Vegas from Minnesota in 2005. Currently, Dawn manages all bookkeeping clients and has over 12 years of practical experience. In 1993, she received her Associate Degree in Accounting.







CHANDALA C. SCHREIBER - Human Resources/Office Administrator

Chandala is a native of Las Vegas. She has a strong background in Human Resources and works with payroll and benefits. Chandala holds a Human Resources Generalist certification by the Council on Education. She is currently working on her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Science.


C. STEVE HILBURN - Retired Partner

Steve was a co-founding partner of Hilburn & Lein, CPA's and has lived in Las Vegas since the 1940s. Although Steve retired from the firm in 1993, he continues to lend his support and expertise to the firm on an as-needed basis.
