Sage MIP Fund Accounting - Single User System Edition
To help smaller organizations with limited staff and budgets to access real nonprofit accounting software, we now offer a special bundle edition for single seat customers of Sage MIP Fund Accounting.
This specially priced edition includes a core set of seven basic modules:
- General Ledger
- Budget
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable Reporting
- Bank Reconciliation
- Data Import/Export
- Forms Designer
This configuration is available with one seat, and provides the full functionality required for real nonprofit financial management—to track complex financials and create needed reports. Single users can add additional modules as needed.
The highlights of Single User special bundle are:
- All single users receive core module bundle which includes: General Ledger, Accounts, Payable, Accounts Receivable Reporting, Budget, Bank Reconciliation, Data, Import/Export and Forms Designer.
- If any add-on seats (full or Executive View) are needed, the user must upgrade to the Standard System for the additional seats.
- It is the user’s choice to install on SQL Server or MSDE.
- Additional Databases & Electronic Requisitions users can be licensed as needed
- “All Modules” bundle offered to single users at $9,995.

If a user needs more than one seat, even one Executive View, the special single user bundle does not apply, and the individual modules needed are available for purchase for the total number of seats at standard pricing.
Single User customers can upgrade to the Standard System and receive 100% trade-in credit toward their upgraded system based on the current list price of their single user system.
The Single User System is designed to offer a maximum of functionality to smaller organizations and consists of a special core module bundle exclusively for single users.
Sage MIP maintenance and telephone support
All our customers will now have a single, standard Sage MIP maintenance and telephone support plan which includes access to unlimited toll-free phone and email support. The annual support fee entitles a user to annual updates. This fee is 20% of the total value of one’s system, and varies customer to customer, based on the configuration of modules and seats.
