Dave graduated from San Diego State University in 1980 and has spent almost all his career at Johanson & Yau. He has been a partner in the firm since 1986.

Dave provides accounting and tax planning services to a variety of owner-managed businesses and executives. He also performs computer and accounting system consulting services to small businesses. His clients include wholesale distributors, service companies, health care providers, real estate developers and not-for-profit organizations.

Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the San Jose Rotary Club and the Santa Clara University Board of Fellows.
