Mr. Lively graduated from Western State University College of Law with honors and was bestowed the American Jurisprudence Award for Federal Taxation, Wills, and Estate and Gift Taxation. Mr. Lively received his LL.M. in taxation from Chapman University School of Law. In the LL.M. program, Mr. Lively was bestowed the American Jurisprudence Award in Corporation and Partnership Taxation, and Tax Procedure.
