Tax Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated tax professional to join our Tax Services Team. Tax Managers partner closely with other members of the Firm to provide excellent service to clients in a wide variety of industries. As trusted advisors to closely-held companies and high net worth family groups, our Tax Managers provide a full range of tax and accounting services, including tax planning, consulting, research and compliance. They are also responsible for representing our Firm in the community and developing referral relationships with professionals in related industries. Tax Managers have full client responsibility and play an integral role in developing our tax staff into future leaders of the Firm.

Qualified candidates must possess excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, and a minimum of six years of public accounting experience including demonstrated experience managing client relationships and engagements. CPA and a BA/BS in accounting required. Masters in Taxation preferred.

Staff Accountants
At Sweeney Conrad, our focus is on you! We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated people to serve on our Tax Services Team. Tax Staff Accountants work with Seniors, Managers and Partners to prepare various individual and corporate tax returns and provide tax planning and research for our clients. They provide excellent client service and must meet challenging client and IRS deadlines.

Qualified candidates must possess good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be CPA eligible.

Senior Staff Accountants
At Sweeney Conrad, our focus is on you! We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated people to serve on our Tax Services Team. Currently we are looking to hire an individual with three to four years experience. Senior Tax Staff Accountants work with Managers and Partners to prepare various individual and corporate tax returns and provide tax planning and research for our clients. They provide excellent client service and must meet challenging client and IRS deadlines. This position also requires good mentoring, coaching skills and excellence with time management. 

Qualified candidates must be CPA’s, have a minimum of three years experience and must possess good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
