Larry received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the California State University Fresno in June 1980.

Larry is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and is a member of the America Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ayers has been very involved in the local communities. He has served on numerous civic boards and has been president of several organizations such as the Sequoia Lions Club, Hanford Rotary, Hanford Community Hospital Foundation, Kings Players and has served as President of the Hanford Chamber of Commerce for two years.

Currently, Larry serves on the Hanford Community Foundation, the Kings Fair Board, the Kings County Workforce Development Board, and is the incoming President for the Hanford Rotary.

Larry has been with M. Green and Company LLP since June 1980. His areas of practice include individual and business tax planning and compliance, government audits of cities and non-profits. He also provides consulting services in QuickBooks and audit services for title companies, special districts, cemeteries and water companies.

Larry has two children and three grandchildren that live on the East Coast. He is an amateur chef and is currently writing a cookbook. He also collects wines, elephants and Garfields.
