Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in business, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of Southern California in 1977.

Kevin has been a Certified Public Accountant in California since 1979. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Green has served as President of the Fresno Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (900 members) and on the state Board of Directors and Tax Committee of that entity (30,000 members). He has been a speaker on tax topics at many functions, including several times on PBS Channel 18. He has served on the advisory board, as Chairman, and as a speaker on farm tax issues for the annual Farmer’s Tax and Accounting Conference, the largest agriculture-related CPA Society sponsored conference in California. He serves, and has served, on several boards of directors of local civic and charitable organizations and is a Past President of the Tulare Rotary Club.

Early in his career, Mr. Green was associated with the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen, in their San Jose office, specializing in the tax area with an emphasis in large agricultural entities and high technology companies. He continues to specialize in the tax area, with an emphasis in agricultural entities and estate planning and compliance. He also carries out the administrative duties of the firm in serving as Managing Partner since 1993. Kevin had the privilege of working with his father, Maurice “Red” Green, who founded the firm in 1951, up until the elder Mr. Green’s retirement in the 1990’s.

Kevin was raised in Tulare and attended Tulare schools. He spends his personal time working out, traveling, hiking, snow skiing and pursuing his interest in wine. He is also involved with his two daughters, Allison and Meryl, in their various sports, academic and leisure activities.
