Ken received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fresno
State University.

Ken is a Certified Public Accountant in California and is a member of
the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member
of the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC).

Mr. Nunes was a recent speaker at the annual Farmers Tax and Accounting
Conference on issues pertaining to dairy financial statements. He is Past
President of the Tulare Host Lions and a current member, Past President
of the Tulare Improvement Program and currently serves as President of
the Board of Public Utilities for the city of Tulare. As a member of the
Bulldog Foundation, Ken is heavily involved in its Tulare County fundraising
efforts and also serves as Secretary of the College of the Sequoias Foundation.

After graduating from college, Ken joined M. Green and Company LLP in
1975 and was admitted as a Partner in 1984.
His primary area of responsibility is in agriculture and related clients
including dairies and farmers. He is responsible for financial statements
and taxes, including year-end tax planning. Ken is also responsible for
audits of several agricultural cooperatives in the San Joaquin Valley.

Ken and his wife, Patricia, have three children and all reside in Tulare.
His interests include golf and he is an avid supporter of Fresno State
athletics.
