Ken received his Associate in Arts degree from College of the Sequoias
in Visalia in 1966 and his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from
California State University Fresno in 1968. He is a 1964 graduate of Redwood
High School in Visalia.

Ken has been a California Certified Public Accountant since 1973 and is
a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He
is also a member of the Fresno Chapter of the California Society of Certified
Public Accountants.

Mr. White is a director and former treasurer of the Sequoia Lions Club
of Visalia and a member of the Visalia Sons of Italy Lodge. He also serves
as treasurer of the Caldwell Place Owners' Association in Visalia. As
a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, Fresno
chapter, Ken attends seminars and meetings of the chapter in his area
of expertise.

Following his graduation, Ken served in the U.S. Armed Forces for a period
of two years prior to joining the accounting firm of Gordon and Southard
in Visalia, California. In 1973 this accounting practice was merged as
M. Green and Company LLP.
Ken annually attends seminars covering many facets of auditing and accounting.
During the past thirty-one years Ken has conducted over 2000 audits involving
for-profit companies, cities, county offices of education, school districts,
special districts, non-profit organizations, federal grants, and joint
powers authorities. In addition he has audited and consulted with many
businesses and governmental agencies regarding a variety of topics.

Ken and his wife, Terry, are native Californians. His interests include
classic cars, bowling, all forms of electronic items, music, and spending
time traveling with his wife, Terry, and granddaughter, Samantha.
