Lynn received her Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Lynn is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has completed all requirements for the California CPA Education Foundation Estate Planning Certificate Program, which includes 64 hours of training and successful completion of six exams. She has been a member of the Tulare-Kings Counties Estate Planning Council since 1988.

Mrs. Lampe is a graduate of the Leadership Tulare program. She is also a past member of the Curriculum Committee for the program. She was the treasurer for the Greater Tulare Chamber of Commerce for three years, but her involvement with the Chamber has not ended. She has been the chairperson of the Visitor Development Committee since its inception in 1995, and has been an active volunteer in the Tulare Welcome Center Caboose since it opened in January 1996. She actively participates in other economic development activities of the Chamber, including their recruitment efforts at the International Ag-Expo, and entertaining an international delegation from a cheese cooperative in France. As a Charter Officer of the Tulare Cultural Arts Foundation, she assisted in initiating the Mural Program in the City of Tulare. The Foundation supports other cultural activities, such as performing arts, and, most recently, the restoration of the Tulare Auditorium. She is a trustee of the Greater Tulare Foundation, and is currently serving her second year as President of the board. Participating in the activities of her children, Lynn is a past member of the St. Aloysius School Board, having served nine years in various capacities, such as Treasurer, Vice Chairperson and Chairperson. She has been the Budget Chairperson for the St. Aloysius Parents’ Club for six years, and actively participates in all fundraising events. She has volunteered many years for AYSO and Tulare Little League, including duties as team parent

Upon graduation, Lynn was employed by Hunt Wesson Foods as a cost accountant. In January 1979, she moved to San Jose, and worked as a staff accountant for Alex Alonzo Accountancy Corporation and Ray Wahba Accountancy. In June 1982, she moved to Tulare and joined M. Green and Company LLP. She became a Manager in September 1991, and a Partner in January 1996.
Lynn assists many clients with individual and business tax planning and preparation, as well as issues pertaining to retirement plan compliance and accounting. She has considerable experience in the areas of estate and gift tax planning, including estate tax preparation, trust administration and fiduciary income tax preparation. Her client base also includes audits of local special districts and several broadcasting entities.

Lynn and her husband, Fred, have two children, Daniel and Matthew. The boys are active in school, sports and the local theater group, which keep the family busy. She loves to travel, and enjoys camping, hiking, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
