Joe received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an option in Accounting, from California State University Fresno in 1991.

Joe is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

Mr. Scalia is an active member of the Visalia Breakfast Lions. He enjoys participating in all the organizations events in order to help his community. He is also a member of the Sons of Italy Lodge and participates in its various events.

Joe joined M. Green and Company LLP in April 1993 and was admitted as a Partner January 1, 2004. He previously worked primarily in the Visalia office but is now in the Hanford office. Joe has acquired considerable experience in both governmental and private industry accounting and auditing. He has spent a significant amount of time auditing governmental entities and all facets of taxation.
