Events & RegistrationBoard Member Boot Camp Seminar SeriesFrom our experience in providing audit, tax, accounting and consulting services for not-for-profit clients, we recognize that many board members and executive directors struggle when dealing with accounting issues. Board members are volunteers who take on leadership roles to serve their communities, however they do not necessarily have the accounting or finance background to assist or guide the not-for-profit organizations that they serve. The consequences of this lack of knowledge leads to improper accounting methods, delays in tax filings, inadequate internal controls, and PR nightmares for both the board members and the organizations. For these reasons we created a series of half-day conferences, specifically addressing board members and nonprofit management teams' concerns. For Boot Camp schedules, see upcoming events.
