Peter J. Pendergast received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1985. Prior to joining Reese Henry & Company, Inc. in 1991, Mr. Pendergast practiced in local accounting firms in the Providence, Rhode Island area. Mr. Pendergast works primarily in the areas of tax planning and compliance and business and personal financial planning. In addition, he is responsible for the firm's internal training and continuing education functions.
