Ray was with the Internal Revenue Service and was a professor at the University of Massachusetts - Lowell prior to founding the firm. He has substantial experience in advising closely held businesses and their owner's in developing successful tax and financial planning strategies.

He advises a wide range of business and has assisted with many mergers, acquisitions, and family succession plans. He works closely with the staff of Anstiss & Co. in providing tax compliance and quality control.
