Ray Jr. has over fifteen years of experience in public accounting. Prior to joining Anstiss & Co. in 1993 he spent four years with KPMG Peat Marwick's Boston office. His primary focus is on providing accounting, consulting and tax related services to high net worth individuals, small closely-held businesses and their owners, and not-for-profit organizations.

He has experience with the design and implementation of stock option and retirement plans, development of strategic operating budgets, and providing outsourced "CFO" services. Ray Jr. also assists clients in supporting various computerized accounting applications.
