Our firm belongs to the Private Companies Practice Section of the AICPA Division for CPA Firms which requires each member firm to have an independent peer review of its accounting and auditing practice every three years. Our most recent peer review dated July 20, 2005 resulted in an unqualified opinion on our accounting and auditing practice.
